Students are allowed to use the rooms listed below provided they are not in use for other purposes. Please read the Student Study Room Agreement for reservation priority list, procedures, policies, etc. By making a room reservation you are agreeing to abide by the terms in the Student Study Room Agreement.

Except where noted, physical arrangement in the room is in a flexible or conference style, and all have UIC Campus Wireless.

Students may study in, but not reserve the Faculty, Student and Alumni Lounge. It is currently available only during regular business hours.
College of Medicine East (CME)
367 Seats up to 40 people. Medium-sized seminar room with UIC Wireless and an LCD panel and a projection screen to connect a laptop for use with a portable projector you can bring. Room has a Blackboard, and heat and air conditioning units. Tends to be hot in winter.
College of Medicine Research Building (CMRB)
The entire building is served by UIC Wireless.
Small Rooms: available 24 hours a day

*room 1119 is only available 9-5 M-F at this time
- seat 10-12 people and have one conference table
- programmed to remain at approx 72F year round, but can be adjusted 2 degrees up and down

Large Rooms: currently available 9-5 M-F
2175 , 3175 , 4175 , 5175 , 6175 , 7175 , 8175
- seat 25-50 people and have 4 conference tables
- programmed to remain at approx 72F year round, but can be adjusted 2 degrees up and down
- has a white board, an LCD panel and cables to which you can connect a laptop and a projection screen for use with a portable projector you can bring.
